Capture your pet in an interesting way and win a day shooting some slightly more fearsome big cats?
Wood Green Animal Shelters is launching its first photography competition, open to photographers of all ages. Entrants need to submit a picture of a domestic pet ? such as a dog, cat, or field animal ? highlighting the part they play in everyday lives.
A ?Big Cat Photo Experience? has been provided by Experience Seminars to the winning photographer. Taking place at a location in Headcord in Kent, the winner will have a chance to photograph leopards and tigers alongside an experienced photographer.
Among the judges are Nina Bailey from Experience Seminars, and freelance journalist and photographer Steve Green. Two runners-up will win a copy of the BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year book.
