Here’s a great opportunity to raise money for victims of the Haiti earthquake and bag a bargain for yourself at the same time.

What Digital Camera has gathered donations of cameras and accessories from our contacts in the photo industry, and they are up for auction on eBay. All the proceeds from the sale will go to the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) Haiti Earthquake Appeal.

The DEC is a collaboration of 13 major UK aid agencies, led by the Red Cross, who work together to help save lives and re-build shattered communities in the wake of major disasters.

To bid for an item, or items, scan down the list below and click on the relevant link, which will take you to the official What Digital Camera eBay auction for that item. All collected funds will be paid directly to the appeal via eBay; payments must be made using Paypal. Note that the auction is open to anyone who visits eBay and not just WDC readers, as our aim here is to raise as much money as possible for the appeal.

What Digital Camera would like to offer our deepest gratitude to those companies who have so generously donated products, and would like to point out that some of those companies not represented have contributed directly to the appeal at a corporate level.
