Ricoh has added a new model to the CX range in the form of the CX3, which adds HD movies to the 28-300mm optical magnification as well as a marginally higher resolution as 9.29MP jumps to 10MP.
Elsewhere the two models are very similar, even in terms of the physical appearance. The likes of an auto scene mode and high speed shooting mode make a wider variety of photography far easier, and a few new creative scene modes will make the likes of pet images all the easier.
The Ricoh CX3 will be available for £299 soon.
