We are pleased to announce that the winner of the first ‘photo of the month’ competition is ‘kenwil’ with the image ‘Storm over steelworks‘.
The judges said: “The photographer has clearly put a great deal of consideration in to this image. The composition is particularly effective, with the power station balancing towards the middle of the frame in between the ominous sky and stormy seas.
The processing is also well done, adding impact to the scene without overwhelming it.”
‘kenwil’ wins a token prize of a 4 GB memory card, and inclusion in the WDC newsletter.
