Panasonic today launched the successor to the TZ6, in the shape of the TZ8.
The new Lumix is marketed as being ‘perfect for all your travelling photographer needs’, and features several highlights on its specification. The TZ8 offers a LEICA DC VARIO ELMAR 12x optical zoom complete with 25mm wide angle, while also offering a 12.1MP resolution.
The TZ8 features a Venus Engine VI image processing engine to offer fast response times, while also offering a new POWER O.I.S. for blur-free images. Panasonic’s acclaimed Intelligent Auto features, though full manual control is also available, allowing you complete control over camera settings
The TZ8 is available from mid March this year, and will be available in either black or silver.
