Nikon has announced a trio of additions to it’s affordable range of L series Coolpix compacts.

Both the L21 and L22 feature RRPs of below £100, though no compromises are made on specification. The L21 features an 8MP sensor, 3.6x Nikkor optical zoom and 2.5in TFT LCD. The L22, on the other hand, offers a 12MP sensor, 3.6x optical zoom and large 3in TFT LCD screen. Both models will be available from mid-February, with the LX21 and LX22 priced £69.99 and £79.99 respectively.

The third camera in the new L range is the L110. The model features an impressive 15x Nikkor optical zoom, while also featuring a 3in LCD screen. The 12.1MP L110 is AA-battery powered, and offers five anti-blur functions as well as a range of advanced shooting modes. The L110 is also available mid-February, priced £199.99
