Ilford Imaging Switzerland GmBH, producer of dye photo paper and ink, has been sold to Oji Paper, one of the largest paper companies in the world.
The company was sold by Malcolm Shierson, Les Ross and Mark Byers, partners of Grant Thornton and the joint administrators of Ilford.
Last August Ilford Ltd went into administration, although the Swiss arm of the company was outside of any bankruptcy process.
Mark Byers comments: ?I am delighted to have concluded the sale of Ilford Switzerland which represented the major asset of the Ilford group.?
