Cracked LCD screens and bright light hindering viewing clarity could be a thing of the past with Delkin?s new Pop-Up Shades.
Constructed from hard impact plastic, the shade sits on top of your camera?s LCD screen. It remains closed to protect the screen from dirt and dust, or folds open to provide shade for viewing in bright sunlight.
Each shade has been specifically designed to snap on top of the LCD screen of individual digital cameras. Delkin has announced that it plans to release shades compatible with 100 different cameras during the next couple of months. Shades for new cameras are expected to hit the shops within 30 days of their launch.
Martin Wood comments: ?Here?s a really useful accessory that helps take better pictures faster; it is inexpensive and might save you a hefty repair bill.?
Available in black and silver, the Pop-up Shades are aimed at three distinct camera groups. Prices for Professional SLRs start at £26 ($44.99), stick-on editions aimed at budget SLRs cost between £17 ($29.99) and £20 ($34.99), while those aimed at compact cameras cost around £14 ($24.99.)
