AgfaPhoto has announced a new, lightweight scanner aimed at converting prints into digital images in a matter of seconds.

The new AS1110 weighs in at just 170g and features a contemporary matte black finish. The AS1110 is capable of scanning at impressive speeds, offering the capability to scan a 6x4in image in just five seconds at a resolution of 1800 x 1200 pixels.

The unit also offers one button operation, making it simple to use, while Colour Contact Image Sensor technology means the scanner needs to warm-up time or dedicated software.

The AS1110 is available now from Amazon, with an RRP of £79.99.
