Olympus reveals SH-21 compact camera

The SH-21 features a 12.5x optical zoom and Touch AF and Shutter.

Olympus has announced the 16MP Backlit CMOS sensor SH-21 Traveller-series compact camera.   
 
There's a 12.5x optical zoom that runs from 24-300mm is capabable of shooting at 1080p - there's also Multi-motion Movie IS to reduce blur while walking. 

At the rear is a 3in touchscreen that features Touch AF and Touch Shutter that allows you to tap the LCD screen to focus and fire the shutter to take a shot.  

Other features include HDR Backlight Adjustment when shooting into the light, Beauty Mode for blemish removal, a Live Guide for easy slide-bar adjustment of key settings in real time, including background blur, colour intensity, colour temperature and brightness. 7fps (frames per second) is possible, while there's also a range of Magic filters on offer. 

The SH-21 is available in gold, red and black for £189.99 from mid-February.
