Nikon has launched a further two compact cameras to add to the likes of the Nikon COOLPIX P7100 and Nikon COOLPIX AW100 offering a slim body and impressive feature set. The Nikon COOLPIX S4150 is a 14MP model offering a 5x optical zoom and touchscreen, where as the Nikon COOLPIX S6150 has a 7x optical zoom and 16MP sensor.

The Nikon COOLPIX S6150 has a feature set that'd put a number of more expensive rivals to shame, offering not only the 28-196mm magnification and 16MP, EXPEED C2-assisted sensor, but a 3inch LCD screen and 720p HD movie mode. Various colours are also available, from a striking red through to a pale pink, and four types of vibration reduction ensure motion blur is less of an issue when shooting.

The Nikon COOLPIX S4150 is a slim, stylish compact that offers a 5x optical zoom and 14MP sensor. The 3inch touchscreen provides the majority of the control including one touch HD video recording as well as a touch shutter. Elsewhere a Smart Portrait System combines a number of clever features such as Smile Detection to achieve a sharp portrait image.

Both cameras will be available on the 1st of September priced at £159 for the S6150, where as the S4150 is a Jessops exclusive.
