Panasonic has announced the first two models in its new range of high capacity SDXC memory cards.
SDXC memory cards are the next generation of small-scale high-capacity storage, with the potential to offer up to 2 terabytes of data storage.
Panasonic claim that the larger of the two cards - the 64GB version - can store up to 8 hours and 30 minutes of 1920 x 1080p.
The new cards arrive in Panasonic's GOLD range of memory cards, and boast a maximum data transfer speed of up to 22MB/s. The cards also adopt Panasonic's newly-developed Super Intelligent Controller, a technology that helps prevent data corrupting through errors such as power interruption.
