What Digital Camera is holding a silent auction of digital photography gear for BBC Children In Need. Thanks to kind donations by our friends in the photo industry we have a range of great items to suit all pockets. To place a bid simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating in the subject line the product you’re bidding for and how much you wish to bid, and put your contact details (name, address, phone number) in the body of the email. (Tip: bid an odd amount, such as £132.72, rather than £130, to avoid a tied bid). The auction will close midnight on wednesday 19th November, and 100% of all the proceeds will be donated to the Children In Need appeal. (Average new price £460) Adobe Photoshop CS4 (Kindly donated by Adobe) The latest version of the world’s leading, most sophisticated image editing and management software. We’re offering the choice of Windows or Mac versions. (Average new price £560) Samsung L210 (Kindly donated by Samsung UK) Great value pocket sized digital camera that features a10MP sensor and a 3x zoom lens. With 14 subject modes, face detection, dual image stabilisation and MPEG-4 movie recording. (Average new price £99) Fuji Finepix Z100fd (Kindly donated by Fujifilm UK) Its hard to believe, but this cool and stylish digital camera boats a 5x optical zoom within its tiny body. It also offers features such as face detection and 54MB of built-in memory, and comes in a range of colours. The successful bidder can choose between the pink or black and white versions.
