Olympus has announced the release of their Studio 2.0 software for professional and serious amateur photographers.

A major update of their image management and editing software, the new version is available for Mac and Windows and enhances RAW image control, facilitates image backup and allows the printing of CD’s and DVD’s, thereby assisting workflow. The program retains its editing, batch processing and light-box functionality, along with the possibility of full control of the camera from the computer.

A trial version of the software will be bundled with the new Olympus E-System cameras and a full version is available for download via the internet.
