Aceedo V1.0 is an administrative and copyright program designed for professional photographers, PAs and photographic agents, designed to take stress out of paperwork.
The program can manage the administration side of professional photography, enabling users to easily create, preview and despatch relevant documents including: invoices, statements, model releases, delivery notes and record sheets.
In addition, the program stores unlimited information about photographic jobs including: expenses, invoices, licensing, contact details and estimates. This enables the user to build up a database that is saved automatically, as well as to track jobs and create reports.
As the program is flexible, the photographer can store as little or as much data and create as many documents as needed, depending on the nature of the job.
