ColourVision ColourPlus update

Monitor calibration software from Colour Confidence has been upgraded for usability on the Mac platform.

Monitor calibration software from Colour Confidence has been upgraded for usability on the Mac platform. With a retail price of £69.95, Colour Confidence claims the program is one of the cheapest programs of its type. The software is said to enable users to calibrate their monitors to ensure skin tones are more accurate; and to ensure a broader colour gamut. Supplied with the program is a colour hardware sensor that connects to a computer through a USB port and a monitor. For easy calibration, the program is wizard based. Geoffrey Clements from Colour Confidence says: ‘For some time Mac users have been requesting access to this level of affordability when it comes to monitor calibration. Not only has ColourPlus been made Mac compatible but the price has come down as well.’ Log onto www.colourconfidence.com for more details.
