Colour Confidence has announced a free update to Spyder2PRO Studio enabling projectors to be calibrated.
The update is available as a download from the website.
It works by measuring the red, blue and green values of the screen (as well as rectifying brightness and contrast) and storing them as ICC profiles before transferring them to a video card; and the update ensures that users no longer have to adjust their projector purely using their eye as judgement.
Geoffrey Clements from Colour Confidence comments: ?Projector calibration adds even greater value to an already very successful product and ensures it stays one step ahead of the competition in terms of features and values.?
In order to activate the calibration you?ll need to invest in a tripod mount for £7.64 (£6.50 + VAT.) Download the update from www.colourconfidence.com.
