Sonic has announced the newest version of its DVD authoring software DVDit Pro 6.
Targeting the enthusiast and professional markets, the latest edition features Sonic?s eDVD 4 software enabling users to view images, open PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, open web pages and play high-definition video files during PC-DVD playback.

Features of DVDit Pro 6 include: a new interface that can be customised, a movie timeline for eight audio tracks and 32 subtitle tracks, multi-file support and OpenDVD Support. There are a range of DVD menu templates available, or users can create their own customised templates by importing photographs or layered Photoshop files.
