The Optio 60 is the latest compact to join the Pentax Optio range.
Sporting a stylish exterior, the Optio 60 had a resolution of 6MP and 3x optical zoom, with a focal length equivalent to 36-108mm (in 35mm format). Two lenses are incorporated into the Optio 60, which along with a primary colour filter pledge vivid images with minimal noise.
With dimensions of 91x61x38mm and weighing 150g, the Optio 60 is a relatively small digital camera powered by two AA batteries. As well as a 2.5-inch LCD screen composed of 130,000 pixels it features a viewfinder with dioptre.
Newcomers to digital photography can take advantage of the cameras fully automatic ?Simple? mode, while the mode dial offers six still shooting modes as well as movie and audio capture. The sensitivity of the Optio 60 can be adjusted from 64 to 200 ISO and it is compatible with the PictBridge standard.
