Great shot - love the composition!
From a nitpicking point of view -
1: The spider is out of focus, my guess is that you pushed in a little too tight.
2: Very harsh shadows - this is relatively easy to rectify for next time, you could buy a simply built in flash diffuser, or just lower the power output of your flash and up the exposure time.
