Great shot travelbug, it's difficult to get the exposure right when photographing snow, and make sure that the white balance doesn't make everything too blue but you've managed it here. I like the splash of colour located according to the rule of thirds too.

Just had a look at your work and I can only say how good your images are compared to my snaps with Panasonic FZ100 so it just goes to prove I have an awful long way to go before I can match your work.
