Film still has a place but I suspect only in the brass and mahoganey world of large format. O.K. I will include all metal Linhof monorails.
The whole point of 35mm film was conveniance; digital now fulfills that roll. Film, in an appropriate format, is for ultimate quality, a quality I don't aspire to or need to store my memories.
