You send your module to Elliot and he sends them out twice a week to tutors - next day postage, the tutors are contracted to complete them within 10 days and return next day delivery after which Elliot will mail them back out twice a week. I had a bunch arrive at 7.30 this morning, they will marked today and sent out on Monday morning and probably received back by students late next week.
The only real variable there then is the tutor's allotted students all sending in a module that week so they are completely snowed under.
Three weeks should be a maximum for return and you should contact Elliot after that period.
If you have had to wait a very long time for a module to be returned then of course Elliot will make a note of that and add it to the course time on his database – there will be times when you tutor is on holiday (except me – 1997 I think my last holiday was – don’t worry I hate holidays!), or sick or dealing with the odd student (very odd student) who sends the whole course in at once!
