The white balance seems to be out, that could be caused be several factors, but it is unlikely to be the polarising filter. I would double check to see if if your white balance is correctly set.
I would also read up on using histograms as an exposure guide (not a major issue as it was within about 2/3rds of a stop of what I would have judged to right).
