Transcend has added to thier already impressive collection of hi-speed professional level memory cards by including three new performance types. The Ultimate, Premium and Standard cards offer some impressive read/write speeds and capacities for pro shooting or a day out taking snaps.
The Ultimate is a Class 10 card, meaning transfer speeds of up to 20MB/s, making it perfect for shooting Raw or HD video files. The Premium is slower at 6MB/s, but offers a larger potential capacity at 32GB as opposed to the Ultimate’s 16GB. The Standard is aimed at lower end users, with only 2 MB/s, but still manages the same top capacity of 32GB as the Premium cards.
