    Just read what I could find. The camera looks really good the 50x zoom is awesome. Only concerns are never saw a viewfinder or hot shoe.

    Sorry it has an electronic viewfinder but can't see a hot shoe

    Hi graham it does have a view finder ,you need to press a button to use it so optional use, I don,t remember it having a hot shoe, I looked it up on google. Cheers

    You only need a hot shoe if you use an external flash

    Ok. Taking that out the picture for a moment if you were a novice like me would you buy it
