    Default Flash Gun Safety

    Simple question from a beginner to digital slr useage. Can an old Jessop 300 AF-Mi flash unit from my Minolta 35mm system be coupled to a Sony Alpha A290 as I have been told it could blow the camera. Many thanks for any help.

    It will damage your digital camera.Film flash guns have a different trigger voltage to a digital flash
