    Question Which Compact Budget Camera?

Hi, I am looking to upgrade my Compact Camera. Although I have very basic needs I DO have a top budget of £100!! It needs to be idiot proof, it does not need to take super duper professional photos. The camera will be used mainly to be carried in pockets when walk the dogs, carried around the horses.

My husband has a Pentax K-X but this is just much too bulky for my own little point and click use!! My current camera is an ancient Casio Exilim 6 Mega Pixels 3x Optical Zoom, so a bit of a dinosaur really!!

There is such a large range available at the under £100 price range that I am getting quite confused as to what is reasonably decent and worth its money.

Hi and welcome. You wont go far wrong with Canon Powershot A2400 IS.

    At around £69 it's a steal http://www.cameras.co.uk/reviews/can...t-a2400-is.cfm

    Cheers!
