Hello Photography Community,

I was lucky enough to get my hands on the newly announced Nikon D5200. No matter how hard, I'm going thru the specs, I really see no reason to get out and buy this DSLR. Get yourself the Nikon D3200 instead and save 300 bucks. This DLSR is just a mere marketing-iteration.
I've prepared an Excel comparison sheet. So look for yourself :

Plus, I've talked to a Nikon Rep at the "Salon de la Photo 2012" in Paris yesterday, and he confirmed, that it had the same sensor as the Nikon D3200.
Else, if you really want to make a giant intelligent leap forward, get the Nikon D7000, and you'll get the best you can imagine on an APS-C DSLR.

Take Care ya'll
