How to rotate an image once uploaded

Any help please I am unable to rotate a picture I have uploaded, On entering edit suite and selecting 180 degrees nothing happens.

Hi once the image is loaded go to image tools and edit then you can rotate it

Thanks Wave ,the problem I had was that the system in the edit section would not rotate my image.
Solution in the end was to delete the image,then take the shot again holding the camera upside down then upload the new image. A bit around the houses but it worked..

Yes Phil very serious, when I rotated it in my own software, and uploaded it, the image displayed was in the original orientation,when i tried to invert it with the site editing it would not rotate 180 degrees. Some thing to do with Panasonic NEF image being processed with Nikon software.
