I use auto ISO now and again,usually when I'm in shutter priority and mainly to protect my preferred shutter speed. .. Graham

I don't mind putting it in auto at times and the new camera body's iv'e just brought have a limit of how much iso in auto can be set to. I once shot in a dim warehouse kind place not to much natural light i just put my Canon 500D at the time in to no flash mode shot in Raw format and later when i got them back on the PC i was pleased with the out come as this mode uses the Auto Iso plus how the spec of camera's are getting better and software to edit Raw Files is iso's not some much of a big thing to me as i see it.
