Tripods, heads and bags amongst new launches

Vanguard has announced a host of new products at this year’s PMA @ CES show, including a new tripod, top-of-the-range ball head and range of bags.

The new tripod, labelled Abeo, is an advanced model aimed at enthusiast and semi-pro photographers. The model features strong legs to support a heavy loading weight yet maintains a light overall weight. Its legs lock securely at either a 25, 50 or 80-degree angle for extra flexibility, while its rubber feet and foam legs grips add extra comfort and security for the photographer.

Vanguard has also introduced its new BBH tripod ball head aimed at professional photographers. The BBH head, which is available in three different sizes, features a Rapid Level system – this allows the camera to be perfectly level with the base of the tripod within a few adjustments of the main head lock and the Rapid Level system switch. The heads also feature two bubble levels and boasts a scratch-free, oxidized surface.

The final lead product in Vanguard’s new range is the Xcenior bag collection. The Xcenior series features both shoulder bags and rolling cases and is one again aimed at profession photographers. The Xcenior shoulder bag series – labelled studio-on-the-go by Vanguard – offers a large capacity, customisable dividers and an innovative anti-shock bottom. The Xcenior Trolley bag series, meanwhile, features an oversized wheels for smooth rolling and an extendable handle for easy carrying. Both bags are available in three different sizes.

The Abeo tripod, BBH ball heads and Xcenior bag collection are just a few of Vanguard’s new products. For full information on the rest, head on over to the Vanguard website.
