2011 marks competitionu2019s fifth year

The hunt for the UK’s outstanding landscape photographer has begun with the launch of Take a View – the UK Landscape Photographer of the Year 2011.

The competition, now in its fifth year, offers entrants the chance to win up to £10,000 and is judged by renowned landscape photographer Charlie Waite.

Entrants have until 15th July to submit their images to the 2011 competition and, for the first time this year, are permitted to enter up to 25 images across the contest’s four categories.

The competition is open to all ages, although it does feature a special category for under-16s. Unlike other competitions, Take a View celebrates the UK only, so bear this in mind when submitting your images.

A full list of terms and conditions, as well as details on entry fees and on how to submit your images, can be found on the Take a View website.
