    Default Lenses

    I have a Canon EOS 500 film version and am thinking of buying the Canon EOS 500D. Will the lenses from my old camera work with the new one. I have a Canon zoom lens EF 35 - 80mm.

    As i understand if its an EF fitting then it will fit.

    Yes, the EF lenses can fit both film and digital.
