Just want a digital camera without the part that zooms out on the front maybe that sounds stupid? Any help is much appreciated
Minolta produced some cameras that had the zoom built in to the body. Quite nice as well, but haven't seen anything like that for years. Have you tried going in to your local camera shop and seeing what is on offer?

No I haven't looked around shops yet but will at weekend, was browsing Internet and thought here was a good place to start, I checked out that minolta they seem ideal Thanks for your help Tom
