I just bought a sigma 10 20mm 4-5.6 wide angle. Could anyone advise me on a polarising filter
I've just had problems with the quality of pictures on my d300s due to cheap filters on my lenses so I would advise avoiding these and opt for better quality filters like Hoya but be prepared to pay a premium for it.

With a lens that wide you won't get even polarisation across the whole of the lens. I used to have the same lens and I would advise using a graduated or ND filter instead

I agree with the other posts get a good quality filter after all you have spent a lot of money on a lens why put cheap glass in front of it.
Just to let you know i got the cokin p series holders and some grads and nd filters wont bother with a polariser just now. Thanks for all your help
