I have an old Lowepro bag that is no longer fit for the work and hobby shots I'm doing.

I've been looking at the Lowepro 200AW as the next purchase. I use a canon 50D and mainly my 70-200mm lens. I'd welcome any thoughts on a good usable bag that could store the camera with the lens attached.

I'm covering a 100mile ultra marathon and 3 peaks event in July so need something that can hand a bit of rough treatment.
