Purely Gadgets seem to be a lot cheaper than other shops. Is there a reason for this and have people had any bad experiences with them? Are they from the UK?

I did a quick Google on them, and reports were a bit mixed, especially on delivery, And pretty bad if something goes wrong with your purchase.
