Hi all,newby me.

Looks a cracking site for beginers like myself.

I do a bit of fishing and a lot of walking.
Am after a compact light with a good screen size and long battery life.
Some of my photos are self takes of me holding fish,some of scenery and wildlife.
I have had a Olympus camedia C-220 for years now but am looking to upgrade.
Battery life,screen size,quality etc.
Have looked at a few.

HITACHI HDC109
SAMSUNG ST500
Would appreciate any info or links
