I dunno... Learning good bowling techniques could be used in the throwing of weapons!

Makes you wonder just what the Police Colleges are teaching police these days - certainly not the law.

Now there is a thought, AP could send a member of staff along to give the police a few lessons.

Should have just taken her photograph.

No wonder they don't want their pictures taken if this is anything to go by:

They were having coffee and cake (on expenses no doubt)

Well, if they were vigilantes (i.e. self-employed) they'd be able to claim food & drink (sustenance) bought and consumed 'on the job' while away from base (home/office).

But if they were self-employed they wouldn't earn a bean sitting on their 'arris...

Well, at least they weren't obstructing photographers.

Seriously, though, they're entitled to breaks, just like every other employee.

Yep. I bet if they weren't on their break they would have stop & searched me

We need a 'tongue in cheek' instant smiley here

We pay these clutzes to enforce the law - yet they make it up as they go along - and 9 times out of 10 their chief constables back them up.

Who is going to police the police?

I know one shouldn't judge by appearances but; when you look at those oiks (the alleged 'officials') they have the whiff of failed doorman about them (read 'bouncers') - as though they've turned to that employ because they couldn't pass the test for the required door security certificate (probably failed on all counts: 'first aid', 'effective restraint techniques', and 'dealing with the public').

These 'officials' are 'town wardens' - some sort of council-sponsored vigilante group by the looks of it - Worthing Herald

I see they are equipped with video cameras to film the populace too. What gives them the right to do that then? ...
