Although I use a variety of Leica equipment I have never had one of their cameras. However, I'm very pleased the camera side of the company is doing well. Photography could ill afford to loose such an icon.

It's interesting the biggest sales growth is coming from the re-badged Panasonics, though the Digilux 3 is omitted from the list of star performers. To create sales of €50m, they must be selling upwards of 150000 compact cameras.
