i've been working with digital for a long time, and only recently started working with medium format film. i'm trying to work out how the saturation and colours tones on this shot were achieved:
i could do it in a few minutes in photoshop, but i'm trying to work backwards and involving myself with chemicals and processing all over again. i cant see it being filters or lighting, so all fingers point to the developing stages (or even film type)
any help would be more than appreciated jam

(1) Approx. 1 stop overexposure on transparency film
(2) Wrong colour balance for lighting - possibly an 82B filter used when no correction was necessary

you might get a similar result using a negative film like Kodak Portra NC, although probably not as low contrast as this shot (which looks over exposed).
