I'm not going to blitz the forum with old camera photos but ... 
Looking through my files of medium format negatives and slides I found some taken a few summers ago with a pre-war Zeiss Ikon Nettar 515/16. This has a Novar uncoated three element lens rather than the more expensive 4 element Tessar type.
I scanned this photo with an Epson Perfection 4990 Photo and the Vuescan software I recently won through AP.
As you can see these old Novars can still give a good account of themselves.

Very nice, I've got several Zeiss Ikons knocking about - great thing was when enlarging from negs, the image projected was the right way round (Blad negs, and others from 'backs' are projected sideways). Even nicer when enlarged using an old lens (I used to use, and still have somewhere, an old brass Ross lens with the price still on the cardboard case - some £14 plus some shillings and pence)
Be nice to see more images from old cameras
