Have you got a coupler on your open diapason or swell on your tremolo?

The important thing is never to confuse your tremelo with your vibrato or indeed your rubato.

I believe a few years ago in I think, Huston the drummer in ZZ Top complained when an undercover exposure video was made in a lap dancing club of which he was a member. His complaint was that renting a permanent table close to the stage he was actually absent when the video was made and requested another one be done when he was present. That's style.

Is yours the edition with David Blunkett in? In which case yes, but mine is the one with Charles Clarke and it's on page 129. Page 127 is the one where he does that thing using his ears with Margaret Beckett's teeth.

Yup.
I'm one of those very, very weird women who has no desire to feel 'protected' *puke* .. and actually have a preference for guys who are shorter than me...
So far 50% success rate.. however in the grand scheme of things, looks / height / age/ weight are all pretty irrelevant if the person is nice and doesn't mind cats

I had a girlfriend once who dumped a guy after he 'stepped over' her cat like it wasn't there.
Having lunch today with a friend, we were discussing what would rule a person out in the attractiveness stakes. For me it is chewing gum - guaranteed to make you look stupid - ergo unattractive, reading any magazine called Chat, Bella, Hello, oh you know the sort of thing – the ones with nice pictures of nice people and no long sentences, and walking around with a mobile phone held out like a metal detector.
Height didn’t get a mention but an unhealthy interest in handbags and shoes was a bit of a passion killer too.

Hahahaha, I chew gum - oh Poo, and I was just about to stalk you and your lovely hat
Thinking back to my previous partners (of which there aren't that many believe it or not) hrm.. different ages, heights, races... brunette, blonde, one had a 6 pac... the other was morbidly obese...
I guess you could say that 2 of them were complete tosspots and that's probably the most any of them had in common?
I like geeky men - never, ever liked 'bad boys', nor men who are 'manly men' .. I guess it's the fact I'm quite assertive, thus don't want an Alpha male.. more a Beta male who will argue with me when something matters to them, but will usually go along with stuff if they don't care either way.
In terms of other stuff though.. erm.. shorter.. doesn't go to strip clubs or read 'lads mags' and has no problem walking through a door when I open it for them..
.. I know, I'm probably just lucky I found one bloke who puts up with me... when he works out I'm odd, I'll be destined to be a mad old cat lady who smells of cat wee and washes her cats down by the river
Wrigleys extra anyone?

Well that's all very well and good.. but where exactly is your hat, Mr?

I assumed Mark101 was a guinea pig shaped hat? There's a guinea pig in the Manchester University museum that is about 6 feet tall - it's the size of a van - that's not short. It is extinct though - thank goodness.
My friend put smoking on his list but done right I reckon it looks dead sexy - then I always had a thing about Beryl Bainbridge. Only had one girlfriend who smoked and she smoked roll-ups with liquorice papers and they don't make you smell.

I don't think it looks sexy at all to be fair.. not that I don't respect someones right to smoke, but visually doesn't really do anything for me.
However.. *ahem*
A bloke....
...Looking after an animal or cuddling a kitten or something...
Hellllllllllllo vet!
All my friends are really, really depressingly stereotypical.. like 'Ohh, he has to be tall, dark and handsome' *snore*, or 'Ohh, I couldn't possibly date someone who was shorter than me.. I have to feel protected and I like someone who is rugged and manly' *double snore* ...
Thing is, there are only so many of these type of guys around so I get the ones they don't want..
