No.
Trying to be slightly more helpful, most camera manufacturers have developed their own lens mount design and they're not interchangeable. There are some adaptors available, but these aren't a useful solution for most people as they compromise the system in one way or another. What I think you want to know is that there are 'third-party' lens manufacturers such as Sigma, who make lenses in various fittings, so that you can choose to buy the lens suitable for your particular camera.
Edit: But Olympus is less well supported than, say Canon or Nikon, and this means that not all third-party lenses will be available to fit your camera - you'll need to check this out on a lens-by-lens basis.

In addition, Leica and Panasonic also use the Olympus 4/3rds mount on their DSLRs, and I believe their lenses are compatible with the Olympus E-410.
Indeed, I think there's a Panasonic / Zeis lens which is stabilised - about the only way of getting IS on the E-410. Expensive, mind!
Also, I believe not all Sigma lenses are available in 4/3rds.
