Replacement for Philips Thumbcam DMVC1300K

Hello
This is my first post I am not even sure this is the correct place or even the appropriate forum.
I am sure someone will let me know !

I have a Philips Thumbcam DMVC1300K, and its now defunct.

I really liked it and would consider another. Are there any others with similar spec e.g.
1.3 Mega Pixel
USB Web Cam with audio
128K Memory stick
Can also be used a a video cam with audio or normal cam.
Costs under £30 ( well perhaps a bit more ).
