hi i have a choice of three lenses, just needed something to fill a gap so i have a choice of three....
Pentax SMCP-FA J 75-300mm F4.5-5.8 AF Zoom Lens
Sigma 70-300mm f4-5.6 DL Macro Super DG Lens
Tamron 70-300mm f4-5.6 AF Di LD Macro Lens
Sigma 70-300mm f4-5.6 APO Macro Super DG Lens

I used to have the (Minolta Fit) Sigma 70-300mm f4-5.6 DL Macro Super DG Lens
Good lens, although I never used the Macro settings on it.

thanks, am i correct in thinking the apo version is better?

APO version is better though its not light years ahead = still its better to go for that than the non-apo, especially if your going to be using it for a long time
