I wondering if it was possible to get equipment which will send a picture (preferably wireless) direct to your laptop/desktop as you take a picture?
I currently shoot with a 400D and find the lcd preview window misleading as you can't really see the image in any great detail. I have noticed that in programs such as Americas next top model and style me famous, photographers appear to have the pictures on there computers just after they take the pictures, is this just editing, or is there actually software and equpiment available?
Thanks for any help.

If you connect your camera to a PC using a USB cable - can't you do this using the ZoomBrowser software that came with your camera? (Or should have come, anyway there's a free download on the Canon website!)

A wifi compact flash card, perhaps.

This is the complete list of accessories for the 400D. They don't do a wireless transfer device for that model. They do them for the 1 series models. Quite a price though (£650 rrp).

Thanks for your feedback.
The wireless cf card sounds good, but i think they are a little bit larger at the end which means you couldnt close the card door on the camera, and the camera doesnt work when its open \
