Good to see new people still taking to dark room. First off get some good books on traditional darkroom work, B&W is easy to get started, colour is much more difficult and precise.
The lens required for B&W or Colour is the same, and you can use the filters in your enlarger's colour head for setting the grades when using multigrade paper (details of filters required for the colour head in use are printed on a leaflet enclosed with the paper).
Helps if you tell us your aprox. location, but there are a few dealers advertising in AP who still do used / new darkroom kit.

Welcome to the darkside.

As Keith says, you don't need different lenses for B&W and colour, but you do if you use more than one film format. For 35mm film, you'll want a 50mm. Ffords and Second-hand darkroom supplies both sell top flight new and used enlarger lenses on-line and it's worth getting the very best you can't afford.
