Hello ryanh.I`m lucky enough to live in Swansea. The Gower Peninsula is truly an amazingly beautiful place.Iget out and about there as much as I can. It`smuch easier to get around this time of year.In summer the roads get very crowded and parking hard to find.

I was down at Penclawdd, on Gower, taking a few shots this morning. Gorgeous day. Regards Ray

The Gower is also worth a mention for low light pollution.
I got a lovely 1 hour exposure this time last year that amazed an amateur astronomer friend of mine. Taken on colour neg, he could identify stars BY COLOUR (knowing the time of year probably helped though).

Three Cliffs Bay - great location with an awesome camp-site overlooking it.
Rhossili Beach and Worm Head are a bit clichéd but very photogenic.

I have a Rhossili Beach image on my website and it is clichéd, but it was taken immediately after a dramatic hailstorm and high winds...beware changeable weather and take a good coat, gloves and hat if you go there!

I think many people forget about North Gower, yet there are many points of photographic interest there. I made the effort to go to the old Whiteford Lighthouse last week. We're quite spoilt for great places to photograph.
